Manchester United Football Club will take a new direction at the end of this season but off and on the pitch following the recent minority takeover by Sir Jim Ratcliffe.

Sir Jim has already made significant decisions in recent weeks, with the club appointing Omar Berrada as their new chief executive, the club is also trying to agree a deal for Newcastle’s Dan Ashworth to become their sporting director.

The club are now looking in the direction of its players, as they deliberate on the ones that will be staying and those that will be leaving at the end of this season.

Who are the players that will probably leave Manchester United?

Raphael Varane, Anthony Martial and Tom Heaton are all out of contract at the end of this season while Aaron Wan-Bissaka, Victor Lindelof and Facundo Pellistri are out of contract next year.

Sofyan Amrabat, Casemiro, Jadon Sancho, Donny van de Beek and Hannibal Mejbri are on the radar of players who could leave the club. United are also looking at the possible sale of Antony and Omari Forson.

Manchester United failed to sell most players last season despite bringing in some players during the transfer window. However, the board will hope that some of these players will leave this summer so they will be able to balance their financial books.
