Renowned Nigerian singer, Innocent Idibia, famously known as 2Baba, has responded to a comparison made by a fan between his wife, Annie Idibia, and music sensation, Tiwa Savage.
Annie Idibia, the actress who had been abroad for some time, took to her Instagram page on Friday, March 15, 2024, to announce her return to Nigeria.
Among the photos she shared, one included a screenshot of a fan’s comment drawing parallels between her and Tiwa Savage.
The fan, identified as Chikwado, expressed admiration for Annie’s style while also questioning why she seemed to be giving off a vibe reminiscent of Tiwa Savage. He wrote, “Mummy why are you giving @tiwasavage vibe. Love you too much ma.”

However, it was 2Baba’s response that garnered significant attention. In the comment section, the legendary singer clarified the fan’s comparison by emphasizing that while Tiwa Savage may be beautiful, she does not surpass the beauty of his wife, Annie. “Abegi, she no even fine reach my baby sef,” 2Baba remarked, defending his wife against the comparison.
