American rapper 6lack has ranked his favorite Afrobeat artist and album.

Rapper and singer Ricardo Valdez Valentine, widely recognized as 6lack, recently shared his top picks for Afrobeat artists and albums in an interview with Celebrity Hypeman Poco Lee. This highlights the increasing global acceptance of Afrobeat as more individuals are introduced to the genre. When questioned by Poco Lee about his preferred Afrobeat artist and album, 6lack revealed his choices.

The rapper said, “Very very hard. I would choose Wizkid’s Made in Lagos Album”. When asked about his favorite afrobeats artist he said, “It switches. I have so many favorites but right now it’s Rema”. Made in Lagos is the fourth studio album by Nigerian singer Wizkid. It was released on 30 October 2020 by Starboy Entertainment and RCA Records.
