Under her alias Sabi Girl, Ayra Starr posted a visual teaser of her most recent song on social media. Ayra Starr took to social media to share the song and video snippet saying, “Comma, comma, comma!! I know y’all have been waiting for this one. Pre-save link in my bio”. Following the announcement, Comma(her new single) has been well received by fans. The song drops on February 2, 2024.

The track is crafted by Kaelo Iyizoba, a Nigerian American filmmaker, with creative direction provided by Mikey Oshai. Enthusiastic fans and music aficionados eagerly anticipate the release of her much-awaited single. Ayra Starr, the Afrobeats and R&B singer, has secured her first Grammy Award nomination in the Best African Music Performance category with her song Rush. She is up against Amapiano by Asake and Olamide, City Boys by Burna Boy, Water by Tyla, and Unavailable by Davido featuring Musa Keys. The Best African Music Performance is a new category that was announced in June 2023. It will presented for the first time at the 66th Annual Grammy Awards scheduled for February 4, 2024.
