Davido speaks to fans after gammy loss

Nigerian international star, Davido has taken to social media to address his fans following his loss in three categories at the 66th Grammy Awards.

The highly anticipated event had generated significant excitement among fans, who were hopeful that Davido would secure his first Grammy win this year after receiving three nominations.

However, despite the high expectations, Davido fell short of winning any awards, leading to disappointment among his supporters. In response, Davido reached out to his fans online on Monday, February 5, 2024, to express his appreciation for their unwavering support and to offer words of encouragement.

Acknowledging the nature of the music industry as a game with its ups and downs, Davido reassured his fans that he remains committed to delivering quality music to them. In a heartfelt message, he stated, “I love each and every one of you!! We Dey game!! We will continue to deliver…”

Despite the setback at the Grammy Awards, Davido was seen celebrating with his wife, Chioma Adeleke, and other loved ones at a private after-party. Videos that surfaced online captured the joyful moments as they celebrated Davido’s three Grammy nominations, highlighting the resilience and unity within the artist’s inner circle.
