The unmistakable voice of Rudeboy (Paul Okoye), one half of the legendary Nigerian duo P-Square, booms back onto the music scene, with a solo offering aptly titled Enjoyment. The upbeat single, produced by renowned record producer, Yung Willis, is a declaration of victory, a celebration of conquering sapa, and a defiant middle finger to anyone trying to rain on his parade.

Enjoyment throbs with the rhythm of a man who’s been through the trenches. Lines like “I been de suffer I de hustle for the street oh, I come scatter everything come dey legit, as e come reach enjoyment you talk say e de k*ll oh, thunder f*re de person wey dey de beef oh” paint a picture of struggles overcome, challenges conquered.

But make no mistake, Enjoyment isn’t self-indulgent. It’s a call to arms, a message to anyone who tries to dim his light. With lyrics like “as e come reach enjoyment you talk say e de kill oh, thunder fire de person wey dey de beef ohh,” Rudeboy makes it clear: negativity and envy are unwelcome. This is his time to celebrate, and the invitation is open, but the vibe has to be right.

And what a vibe it is! Yung Willis’s production on the amapiano-infused track it top notch, it perfectly complements Rudeboy’s vocals. The song is a sonic party, impossible to resist, urging you to forget your worries, move your feet, and raise a glass to the simple joy of living.
