Afrobeat Rapper Odumodublack will be performing in Germany at the Splash Festival.

Odumodublack is the only Nigeria on the Splash Festival line-up. In a significant achievement for both the rapper and the Nigerian hip-hop scene, Odumodublvck is poised to perform at the Splash Festival in Germany. The festival will be taking place from March 4 to 6, 2024. The renowned artist is scheduled to take the stage on the festival’s opening day, which boasts headlining performances by American rap stars Offset and Gunna, along with Shirin David and D-Block.

Odumodublvck stands out as the sole Nigerian rapper featured in the festival’s lineup. The line-up includes other global rap talents such as 21 Savage, Juju, Kid Kapri, and Sexyy Redd. The Splash Festival began in 1998 at a time when hip-hop was not prominent. Splash Festival has become one of Europe’s biggest hip-hop and reggae festivals. Via his social media, Odumodublack announced the news by saying, “MAKE UNA TELL BASTIAN SCHWEINSTEIGER & @boniface_jrn SAY I DEY COME GERMAN WHIP”.
