For years, Naeto C and Ikechukwu enjoyed a fruitful collaboration, often praised for their unique sound and creative synergy. Their joint projects, such as Elevator Pitch and Wind of Change, showcased their chemistry and earned them critical acclaim within Nigeria’s vibrant hip-hop scene.

In a revealing interview with Daddy Freeze, Ikechukwu opened up about the current state of his relationship with Naeto C. He stated, “I noticed the shift in energy; we don’t talk like before… Right now, we don’t talk anymore”. When asked if there was any specific reason behind their growing distance, Ikechukwu hinted at only a general sense of disconnection between him and Naeto C, especially after a monetary altercation when Naeto C believed he was kissing up to the person who owed them.

Aside from the revelations concerning his former friend Naeto C, Ikechukwu has been on the move. He transitioned into filmmaking and acting. He was a cast member in The Wedding Party and The Wedding Party 2: Destination Dubai. He also released his latest film, The Little Black Book in 2021. Despite the challenges posed by the split with Naeto C, Ikechukwu Killz remains focused on creating meaningful art and connecting with listeners worldwide.
