‘The word ‘boss’ doesn’t exist in my dictionary’ – Olamide reveals in resurfaced interview

Renowned rapper and YBNL executive, Olamide Gbenga Adedeji, commonly known as Olamide, has emphasized his perspective on leadership over a boss mentality in a resurfaced interview that has caught the attention of fans.

In the interview that resurfaced online on Monday, March 18, 2024, Olamide expressed his belief that the term ‘boss’ does not align with his values, as he perceives everyone around him as brothers and sisters rather than subordinates. He stressed that his approach is rooted in leadership, with a focus on guiding and supporting others to achieve success in life.

“The word boss doesn’t exist in my dictionary, cause I see everybody around me like brothers. my sisters and all that it is not about me being a boss but a leader, the role of a leader is to lead so that other people can move ahead and progress in life,” Olamide remarked during the interview.

His remarks shed light on his philosophy of fostering a supportive and collaborative environment, where individuals are empowered to grow and thrive under his leadership.
