In an official announcement, the Premier League has confirmed the Young Player of the 2023/2024 Season as voted by fans based on form.
The highly anticipated and coveted Young Player of the Season (2023/2024) in the premier league has been confirmed and announced as Cole Palmer of Chelsea Football Club in an official announcement today, Friday, May 17, 2024.
Cole Palmer is the first and only Chelsea player to receive the Young Player of the Season award since its inception in the 2019/2020 season of the league which saw Liverpool’s Trent Alexander Armold claim the first award.
Chelsea in an official publication made the official announcement of Cole Palmer winning the award. The statement which was shared by the club read, “Cole Palmer has won the Premier League’s Hublot Young Player of the Season Award after an outstanding first season at Chelsea. After signing from Manchester City on deadline day, Palmer has consistently produced performances of the highest quality during his maiden year in Blue. The 22-year-old has scored 22 times in the league to date and has 10 assists, meaning he has 32 Premier League goal involvements in just 33 appearances this season. The England international’s form means he is currently second in the rankings for goals and assists in the Premier League this season, with one game remaining.”

It is no surprise that Cole Palmer has been crowned the Premier League Young Player of the 2023/2024 club football season given his impressive run at Chelsea following his move from Manchester City.
The England international recorded over 30 goals and assists for Chelsea making him the highest goalscorer at the club for the 2023/2024 season with 22 goals alone in the premier league and also the player with the highest number of assists for the Blues in the league with 10 assists.
Palmer who was also crowned the Player of the Month for April 2024, as well as the scorer of the Goal of the Month for April 2024, has continued to set new records and break existing boundaries at the club.
