Willian Estevao was born in France, Brazil, he was born on April 24, 2007. He started his youth career with the academy of Cruzeiro in 2017. At the age of 10, he signed a professional contract with Nike in 2018, making the Brazilian, the youngest Brazilian player to sign with the company, surpassing the Real Madrid and Brazil star Rodrygo.

On May 6, 2021, the Brazilian joined the youth academy of Palmeiras by signing a trainee contract.
