Nigerian music video director TG Omori, known for his vibrant contributions to the music scene, has reassured fans of his return in 2025 despite facing health challenges. Currently battling kidney disease, Omori underwent a transplant on August 26 at St. Nicholas Hospital in Lagos; however, complications arose, leading to multiple surgeries.

In a display of resilience, TG Omori took to social media on August 30 to share his determination to overcome these setbacks, stating that he is on the road to recovery. In a series of heartfelt tweets on Monday, September 24, he shared a photo of himself and emphasized the power of mindset in the face of adversity, declaring, “It’s mind over matter. If the mind is defeated, it’s only a matter of time before the body falls.” He further affirmed, “Pain has no power over me.”

Hailing from Cross River State, TG Omori began his filmmaking career at 20 after graduating from PEFTI Film Institute. He has since directed music videos for a host of top artists, including Asake, Olamide, Wizkid, Burna Boy, and others earning numerous accolades for his work.
