American rapper Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is reportedly refusing to eat prison food due to concerns about possible poisoning as he faces serious charges, including sex trafficking.
Larry Levine, a former inmate and founder of Wall Streets Prison Consultants, shared with Banfield that a source close to the case believes Diddy is not consuming prison food while incarcerated. Diddy is currently held at Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center after being arrested on charges of sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation for prostitution. His bail has been denied twice by the court.
A source with insight into Diddy’s investigation suspects he may not be eating prison food because he feels “paranoid” and “scared” of being poisoned. The rapper might also be on a hunger strike while locked up. Levine, a former federal inmate, noted that Diddy’s chances of receiving bail are low, in part due to the conditions of the jail and his refusal to eat prison food.
The 14-page indictment against Diddy accuses him of abusing, intimidating, and pressuring women and others to fulfill “his sexual desires, protect his reputation, and hide his actions.” The Bad Boy Records owner has entered a not guilty plea to these accusations. However, his avoidance of prison food adds to the complexity of his situation behind bars.
In other related news, Meek Mill had offered $100,000 in cash to investigators to uncover the truth behind his name being linked to the ongoing controversy surrounding Diddy. Diddy had been arrested by federal authorities after being indicted on charges, including racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking of children by force, fraud, or coercion, and transportation for prostitution. Since Diddy’s arrest, many individuals who were once close to him had been scrutinized online.
In a series of tweets, Meek Mill voiced his frustration over what he perceived as a coordinated effort to damage his reputation and brand due to his past association with Diddy.
“I wanna hire an investigative team 100k cash,” Meek tweeted. “To find out every specific detail involving Meek Mill’s name in Diddy’s Case.”
The rapper elaborated further, saying, “I also want them to look at who is powering the media. Involving ‘Meek’ anything to do with buddy.” Meek Mill emphasized that his concern wasn’t about the streets but rather the business side of things.
“The streets know wassup with me—that’s not the case. We’re talking about the business side. Somebody is powering these bad campaigns with ‘Meek Mill’ again. I got 100k for a thorough investigation of who’s powering and how exactly my name is connected to Diddy’s Case.”
Meek’s concern highlighted the significant impact that Diddy’s Case was having, not just on Diddy but on others in the industry as well. As the investigation into Diddy’s Case continued, it was clear that the ripples were affecting many lives and careers.
