After Diddy’s arrest last Monday, his indictment was unsealed the next day, revealing that authorities discovered 1,000 bottles of baby oil at his residence during a raid in March of this year.

Rapper, 50 Cent is once again throwing shade at rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs after his arrest and the recent revelations about his “Freak Off” parties. 50 Cent has clarified that he never attended a Diddy party, claiming they only shared a professional relationship and were never friends. The baby oil was allegedly part of the sexual items Diddy used to organize his “Freak Offs,” which have been described as drug-induced orgies that he directed and produced, involving both female victims and male prostitutes.

However, Diddy’s lawyer claimed the embattled rapper was found with so many bottles of baby oil in his home because he likes to buy in bulk like any other American. Speaking in an interview with The New York Post, Marc Agnifilio said:

“I don’t think it was 1,000. I think it was a lot. I mean, there is a Costco right down the street. I think Americans buy in bulk, as we know.”

“And you know these are consensual adults doing what consensual adults do, you know, we can’t get so puritanical in this country to think that somehow sex is a bad thing because if it was there would be no more people,” he added.

Reacting to Agnifilio’s explanation after having previously taken a jab at Diddy, 50 Cent shared a picture of Johnson Baby Oil with Diddy’s name edited onto the label. Taking to X on Wednesday night, September 25, 50 Cent shared an image of Johnson’s Baby Oil, seemingly parodying one of the many bottles found in Diddy’s home. However, this version was edited to feature Diddy’s name, with the inscription reading, “Diddy Oil.”

He also added the caption: “Coming soon! LOL,” as if he were planning to mass-produce the baby oil.

Meanwhile, Diddy’s lawyer, Marc Agnifilio, has addressed the recent claims surrounding the rapper, stating that the large quantity of baby oil found in his home was simply due to buying in bulk, like many other Americans. Diddy’s lawyer was responding to federal agents’ reports that they had confiscated “1,000 bottles” of baby oil and lubricant during raids on Combs’ Miami and Los Angeles homes. These raids were part of an ongoing investigation into Diddy’s alleged sex trafficking case.

In an interview with The New York Post, Diddy’s lawyer remarked; “I don’t think it was 1,000. I think it was a lot. I mean, there is a Costco right down the street. I think Americans buy in bulk, as we know.” He continued, “And you know, these are consensual adults doing what consensual adults do. We can’t get so puritanical in this country to think that somehow sex is a bad thing because if it was, there would be no more people.”

Diddy’s lawyer has been regularly visiting the 54-year-old music mogul at Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center, where Combs is being held as he awaits trial. Combs has been accused of orchestrating “Freak Offs,” which were described as “elaborate and produced sex performances,” where Combs allegedly masturbated and often recorded the events. According to the indictment, these “Freak Offs” sometimes lasted for days, requiring participants, including Combs, to receive IV fluids to recover from the strain and drug use.

Despite the serious charges of sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in prostitution, Diddy’s lawyer remains optimistic about the defense strategy. He shared, “He’s just laser-focused, he’s engaged, he’s helpful, he’s confident. We’re going through our defense as we do every day, and his spirits are relatively good.”

Combs’ arrest follows a series of allegations, beginning with a lawsuit filed by his ex, Cassie Ventura, which accused him of physical and sexual abuse. While that lawsuit was settled swiftly, other allegations have continued to surface, leading to Combs’ indictment. Prosecutors claim that Diddy used blackmail, violence, and coercion to abuse women for years.

Although Diddy’s lawyer proposed that his client be released on a $50 million bond under home detention with electronic monitoring, U.S. Magistrate Judge Robyn Tarnofsky sided with the government’s request to keep him jailed.

In addition to the baby oil and lubricant, authorities also seized drugs, guns, ammunition, and videos from Combs’ homes. Prosecutors revealed that three AR-15 rifles with defaced serial numbers were among the items confiscated. If convicted on all charges, Diddy could face a mandatory 15-year sentence with the possibility of life in prison. Diddy’s lawyer continues to prepare for what promises to be a lengthy and complex trial.
