Rapper Diddy’s legal troubles are escalating as he faces multiple lawsuits, including accusations of sexual assault, with several male plaintiffs among the accusers.
Texas attorney Tony Buzbee, who represents up to 120 alleged victims, has already filed six lawsuits, with four involving male accusers. One of the lawsuits involves a man who worked for Ecko Clothing in 2008. He claims that during an encounter with Rapper Diddy and his bodyguards at Macy’s flagship store in New York City, he was assaulted. The man alleges that after being pistol-whipped and knocked to the ground, Diddy approached him and ordered him to perform oral sex, which allegedly led to a brutal rape.
Another accuser, who worked as security at Diddy’s 2006 White Party, claims he was drugged and overpowered. He alleges that Rapper Diddy forcibly sodomized him in a van, leaving him traumatized and physically injured, with semen leaking from his body.
A third man claims that during a 2021 party hosted by Diddy, he was disoriented after drinking and paralyzed during the attack. He recalls seeing Diddy naked above him as he was sodomized by at least three men.
The fourth accuser was only 16 years old when he attended Diddy’s 1998 White Party in the Hamptons. He alleges that Diddy manipulated him by promising stardom and asked him to drop his pants to inspect his genitals as part of a disturbing “rite of passage.” The man claims that Rapper Diddy touched his genitals during the incident.
Buzbee has stated that more lawsuits are on the way, with over 120 claims expected to be filed against Rapper Diddy, marking the beginning of a major legal battle for the hip-hop icon.
