American rapper Curtis Jackson, known as 50 Cent, recently revealed that he turned down a $3 million offer to perform at Trump’s New York Rally at Madison Square Garden.
During an interview on The Breakfast Club, 50 Cent shared that he was approached not only to appear at Trump’s New York Rally but also to perform his hit track “Many Men, Wish Death” at this year’s Republican National Convention for a similar sum.
He explained that he chose to decline these offers due to his concerns about the polarizing nature of politics. “I didn’t even go far… I didn’t talk to them about that kinda stuff. I’m afraid about politics,” he said. “It’s because when you do get involved in it, no matter how you feel, someone passionately disagrees with you.”
