Real Madrid’s manager, Carlo Ancelotti has spoken about the form of Kylian Mbappe since he joined the Galaticos from Paris Saint-German.
The French international has been the subject of criticism by most Real Madrid supporters following his inability to live up to their expectations. The latest woe of the forward player was his missed penalty against Atletico Madrid in the league after he missed a penalty against Liverpool in the UEFA Champions League.
Carlo Ancelotti has continually defended the French player whenever he is asked about the player’s recent form across all competitions.
What did Carlo Ancelotti say about Kylian Mbappe?
“No changes. Our penalty shooters are Mbappé, Vini and Jude. Whoever shoots is good. Kylian Mbappé is not playing at his best level, but let’s give him time to adapt. He has scored 10 goals, he can be better but he’s working hard”.
Mbappe joined Real Madrid as a free agent after he failed to extend a contract extension with PSG which did not sit well with some of the French supporters.
