Nollywood veteran Rita Edochie has emphasized her thought on the progidy of cheating favoured to men.

The Nigerian icon who was specific with her contempt, took to her social media handle and spilled her thought.

According to her it’s unfair how men are adored when they cheat, unlike women who are condemned for it.

In a lengthy composed post, she grumbled about hypocrisy, aligning to her contempt against inequality against gender rights.

She queried why the society often hypocritically tackled women who indulged in infidelity but is reversed in the grand of men who are often praised for portraying the same act.

Backing her point, she called for equality wheb bidding with the consequences of punishment attached to cheating. She suggested that when a woman or a man cheats, they should be judged equally.

Her words:

“When a man cheats, they say it’s a man’s world and expect you to applaud him, but if a woman cheats, the man must send you packing”

“If the man allows you to stay, you must be in hell staying with him. I swear this life has no balance.”

“We live in a society filled with hypocrisy and inequality in gender rights.”

“Why is it that when a man cheats, he’s often met with a pat on the back and a ‘boys will be boys’ attitude? But when a woman cheats, she is shamed, judged, and often sent packing by her partner. Is this really the kind of society we want to live in, where double standards and hypocrisy reign supreme?”

“Cheating is cheating, regardless of gender! It’s time we stopped making excuses for those who break the trust and started promoting accountability and respect in all relationships. The same rules should apply to both mën and women. If you cheat, you should face the consequences.”

“But instead of fostering a culture of accountability, we often enable and excuse the behavior of those who cheat. We need to change this narrative and start valuing honesty, loyalty, and respect in our relationships. Let’s stop the hypocrisy and start demanding better from ourselves and those around us”

“In  as much as I encourage the submissiveness of a woman to her man but cases of spousal infidelity must be judged and handled with equality. Mën and women are admirable creatures of God Almighty. No one is inferior to the other. Even the Oyibo wey una dey copy know this and dey careful”.

In other words, reflecting on her utterances, Rita Edochie has been expressive and clear with her hate for Yul Edochie’s second wife, Judy Austin she had often tagged husband snatcher. Since Yul Edochie unvieled her, she has furiously called her out on several occasions.
