Khanyi, Zari show public support for Annie after 2 Baba announces split

The cast of Netflix’s Young, Famous & African has shown overwhelming support for Annie Idibia following the heartbreaking news of her split from Nigerian music icon 2Baba. The separation was confirmed on Sunday night, sending shockwaves through fans and the entertainment world alike.

In an emotional show of solidarity, Khanyi Mbau Metanoia, one of the cast members, shared an encouraging message to Annie: “Put on your rain boots and go feel the rain on your skin. You will weather this storm! Make friends with the silence… it will teach you a lot. @annieidibia YOU ARE THE MOMENT.” her words were a heartfelt reminder of strength during difficult times.

Khanyi didn’t stop there. On her Instagram story, she took a firm stand against 2Baba’s public handling of the situation, posting, “Nothing makes me sick like a man who rushes to social media when things go south in his relationship @official2baba disgusting!” She added, “ANNIE DOES NOT WALK ALONE,” further affirming her unwavering support for her friend. Afterward, she posted a photo of Annie on her IG story with the caption ‘WE GOT YOU RAZ’.

The love didn’t end there as Ugandan socialite and Cast of “Young, Famous, and African”, Zari also took to her Instagram page to send her love, posting a picture of herself with Annie and writing, “AFRICA loves you baby girl @annieidibia1.”
