A new lawsuit has been filed against Sean “Diddy” Combs, accusing the rapper of drugging and sleeping with a young musician who was attempting to secure a record deal.
The incident, according to a statement from Tony Buzbee, the attorney representing the plaintiff, occurred in November 2022. The plaintiff, identified as John Doe, claims he was approached by one of Diddy’s associates while playing guitar on the streets of Los Angeles. He alleges he was later invited to a party hosted by Diddy, where he was given a drink laced with drugs, and subsequently slept with by the rapper.
Buzbee’s statement also highlights that this lawsuit is part of a larger legal effort, with more cases expected to be filed in the coming weeks. “The Buzbee Law Firm will continue to proudly lead the civil efforts in this important litigation as we pursue these claims in court and ensure the victims have a voice that is heard,” the statement reads.
This lawsuit adds to the growing list of allegations against Diddy. A recent claim from another man accuses Diddy of drugging and sleeping with him as a minor, while multiple other male victims have alleged, they were drugged and sexually assaulted by the rapper between 2019 and 2022. Diddy has also faced accusations of abusing 120 individuals, including a 9-year-old boy.
In addition to these allegations, Diddy was arrested on September 16 on charges of illegal trafficking and racketeering. He has pleaded not guilty to the charges, and his trial is scheduled to begin on May 5, 2025. If convicted, Diddy faces a life sentence for the racketeering charge, with a minimum of 15 years for the trafficking charge.
