Nigerian singer Korede Bello has addressed concerns about his absence from the music industry, revealing that he has been focusing on his mental and spiritual well-being.

The Godwin hitmaker responded to fans’ inquiries about his whereabouts, expressing surprise that many assumed he had disappeared. He explained that while he may not have been actively releasing music, he has remained deeply present with himself.

Korede Bello emphasized the importance of self-connection over external validation, stating that it is better for people to wonder about one’s absence than for an individual to lose their sense of identity.

Reflecting on the pressures of fame, he noted that wealth and recognition do not necessarily equate to inner peace. He shared that his journey has been one of self-discovery, realizing that true fulfillment comes from within.

The singer further explained that standing out in life sometimes requires stepping away from distractions, even if it means being temporarily misunderstood by others.

Reassuring his fans, Korede Bello likened his journey to the sun, which remains ever-present even when unseen at night. Despite his absence, Korede Bello assured fans that he is still around and will make his return to the industry and music scene when the time is right.
