The winners advance to League B, and the defeated teams remain in League C.League C/D Play-offs: This involves the two best-ranked fourth-placed teams from League C and the two runners-up from League D. The first leg is hosted by the League D teams. Winners are promoted to League C, while the losers stay in League D.
