Nigerian Afropop star Mayorkun has officially confirmed that his third studio album, Still The Mayor, will be released on May 2, 2025.
This new project is set to mark another significant milestone in his already impressive career.
Since making his breakthrough under Davido’s DMW label, Mayorkun has consistently proven himself as a hitmaker, delivering chart-topping songs that have solidified his status in Afrobeats. His previous albums, The Mayor of Lagos (2018) and Back In Office (2021), received critical and commercial success, featuring fan-favorite tracks that dominated the airwaves.
With Still The Mayor, Mayorkun is expected to showcase his artistic growth while staying true to the infectious melodies and unique sound that have defined his music. Although he is yet to reveal the album’s tracklist or featured artists, excitement is already building among fans.
