Renowned Nigerian gospel singer and minister Nathaniel Bassey has stirred heartfelt conversations on social media after revisiting a prophetic moment he shared with fellow gospel artist Gaise Baba in 2022.

Gaise Baba, whose new hit No Turning Back has taken the internet by storm, amassing over one million YouTube views within just two days of its video release, is now the focus of a prophetic fulfillment Nathaniel Bassey declared nearly two years ago.

In a video shared on his social media, Nathaniel Bassey reposted a clip from one of his Hallelujah Challenge sessions held in November 2022, where he prophesied that Gaise Baba’s music career would experience a swift and remarkable rise. He declared that Gaise’s songs would resonate not only in Nigeria but around the world, carrying a prophetic sound that would touch lives and inspire revival, particularly among young people.

Reacting to the success of No Turning Back, Nathaniel Bassey expressed his excitement at seeing the prophecy unfold. “I love seeing prophetic words come to pass. It builds our faith and reinforces our trust in God,” he wrote. He further envisioned the song being sung by children around the world in school assemblies, sparking a fresh wave of Jesus consciousness among the youth.

Encouraging others in ministry, Bassey noted that not everyone is called to sound the same, emphasizing the importance of unique, spirit-led music in reaching new territories for Christ.

In response, Gaise Baba expressed deep gratitude to Nathaniel Bassey, recalling how the prophecy on the night of November 11, 2022, became a personal confession he declared for months. He thanked the Onise Iyanu crooner for being a consistent example and inspiration within the gospel community.

The heartwarming exchange has inspired gospel music lovers and believers, with many celebrating the unfolding of divine promises and the power of prophetic words in the creative arts.
