The high-profile sex trafficking trial of hip-hop mogul Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs entered its third week in a Los Angeles courtroom, with explosive new allegations rocking the case.
On Tuesday, Capricorn Clark, a former employee of Combs who worked for him from 2004 to 2018, took the stand and delivered a dramatic account of violence and threats within the rapper’s inner circle. Clark, who served as global brand director for Combs’ Bad Boy Entertainment, testified that Diddy once threatened to kill fellow rapper Kid Cudi over a personal dispute.
According to Clark, the conflict arose in late 2011 when Diddy discovered Cudi was dating singer Cassie. Clark described how Combs arrived at her home early one December morning—between 5 and 6 a.m.—furious and armed with a gun.
“Get dressed, we’re going to go kill this n***a,” Clark recalled Diddy saying, allegedly forcing her at gunpoint to follow him despite her protests.
Clark said Combs drove her to Cudi’s house, where he and a security guard went inside while she stayed in the car. During this tense moment, Clark called Cassie and warned both of them not to return to Cudi’s home, fearing for their safety.
“He’s going to get himself killed,” she told Cassie.
Despite the warnings, Cudi returned home briefly but then fled, with Diddy’s car reportedly chasing after him. Fortunately, Cudi managed to escape unharmed.
Back at Combs’ residence, Clark testified that Diddy ordered her and Cassie to persuade Cudi not to involve the police. She alleges that Combs threatened both women with death if they failed.
If you guys don’t convince him of that, I’ll kill all you m*therf**kers,” Clark claimed he said.
The testimony also included accusations that Combs physically assaulted Cassie that same day, with Clark claiming the rapper repeatedly kicked her while a security guard stood by.
Clark’s testimony follows recent statements from Kid Cudi himself, who testified about alleged property destruction, intimidation, and physical abuse by Combs.
Sean Combs, 55, faces serious charges including racketeering, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution. The music icon has pleaded not guilty to all charges and faces a possible life sentence if convicted.
