The tumultuous relationship between rap power couple Offset and Cardi B is once again making headlines, as Offset has officially filed for spousal support and joint custody of their three children, according to newly amended divorce documents obtained by TMZ.
Offset, one-third of the hip-hop group Migos, submitted the legal requests as part of the ongoing divorce proceedings from Grammy-winning rapper Cardi B. The pair, who secretly tied the knot in 2017, have had a rollercoaster romance filled with breakups, reconciliations, and controversy.
The couple shares three children: daughter Kulture, son Wave, and a newborn born shortly after Cardi B initially filed for divorce in late 2023.
Their separation has been marred by public accusations of infidelity on both sides. Last year, Cardi B alleged that Offset had been unfaithful with multiple women. In response, Offset claimed Cardi had also cheated — including during her pregnancy.
Offset is now seeking joint custody, proposing that Cardi B retain primary custody while requesting his legal fees be covered and filing for unspecified spousal support.
Financially, the stakes are significant. Cardi B’s estimated net worth ranges between $80 million and $100 million, while Offset’s is reportedly around $30 million.
Amid the legal battle, emotions continue to run high. In a recent social media rant, Offset didn’t hold back, saying, “I don’t regret any of them, but I regret you,” referring to their children. He continued, “You’re a good daddy, you’re all right, but I don’t regret any of them. But f**k you! I’m too good for you and I’ve always been too good for you.”
