
Former Chelsea and Arsenal midfielder Cesc Fabregas has reportedly agreed on a deal to become the manager of Inter Milan.
The vacancy at the club was due to Simone Inzaghi’s decision to leave San Siro as Inter Milan concluded the season trophyless following by a 5-0 demolition against PSG in the Champions League final.
Fabregas and Roberto De Zerbi were reportedly the two men in Inter Milan’s shortlist to replace the former Italy international. De Zerbi is set to stick around in Ligue 1, given that Inter Milan have reached an agreement on personal terms with the former Chelsea and Arsenal midfielder..
Fabregas took on the Como job two years ago having gained promotion in his first campaign and led I Lariani to tenth place this Serie A season. Inter now need to find an agreement with Como over a compensation fee.
