Known for his vibrant blend of traditional Igbo rhythms, highlife, and social commentary, Bright Chimezie is widely credited with pioneering the unique musical style known as “Zigima Sound.”
For decades, his music has resonated with audiences across Nigeria and beyond, thanks to its infectious energy and meaningful messages rooted in African identity and values.
This new deal with Sony Music Publishing not only secures the rights to Chimezie’s extensive catalog but also ensures the global distribution and preservation of his music for future generations.
