Controversial Nigerian singer Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, has made headlines once again, this time over a reported demand for ₦50 million to promote President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s 2027 reelection campaign.
In a viral video making the rounds on social media, Portable was allegedly captured on a phone call with actor and content creator, Lege Miami. The conversation appeared to be about negotiating a fee for Portable’s involvement in the president’s future campaign activities.
During the call, the Zazoo Zeh crooner could be heard requesting a ₦50 million payout to actively support and promote Tinubu’s reelection bid.
This development from Portable follows an earlier video of Lege Miami publicly declaring his support for President Tinubu’s reelection campaign, in which he clarified that he received no payment for his endorsement. The latest clip has since stirred reactions online, with many weighing in on Portable’s audacious demand.
