The supporters of Arsenal Football Club have been sharing optimism that they might be crowned Premier League Champions of the 2025/26 season.
Arsenal have been in the 2025 summer transfer window with the acquisition of top players for the club. The major addition to the squad is the signing of Viktor Gyökeres who joined the Gunners from Portuguese club Sporting Lisbon.
However, there is a speculation among the club’s supporters that they might win the Premier League this season after finishing second in the past three seasons.
The last time Arsenal finished second in three consecutive seasons was in the 1997/98, 1998/99, and 1999/2000 before they were crowned Champions in the 2000/01 season. With this trend of finishing second in the 2022/23, 2023/24, and 2024/25 seasons, there is a belief that the trophy will head to the Emirates in May 2026.
Arsenal are definitely in the mix for the 2025–26 Premier League title with their improved squad, strong statistical backing, and momentum, a fourth-place finish is unlikely—they are contenders.
Arsenal’s title-winning probability has nearly doubled, from 12.2% last season to 24.3% in 2025–26 simulations. Liverpool’s chance is at 28.5% as they remain the favorites. However, Liverpool and Manchester City are not far behind, and the title race looks set to be a fierce battle from the beginning to the end.
Chelsea are expected to complete the top four with Manchester United finishing in fifth place.
