Award winning Nigerian singer, Adekunle Gold has experienced a touching moment of triumph as he sold out tickets to his Wembley Arena concert in London.

The emotional performance on Sunday, March 3, 2024, saw Adekunle Gold thrilling fans with renditions of his hit songs, alongside a special appearance by his wife, Simi, and their daughter, Adejare.

During the concert, the couple shared the stage to perform their love song Look What You Made Me Do, captivating the audience with their chemistry. However, it was backstage where Adekunle Gold’s emotions overflowed, as he was overcome with tears of joy upon learning of the sold-out tickets.

In a now-viral video, Adekunle Gold can be seen shedding tears as his family offers support and consolation. A voice in the background echoes gratitude, acknowledging the journey from humble beginnings to the grand stage of Wembley Arena.

The voice stated, “We thank you for Simi, we thank you for Deja, we thank you for the whole family it can only be you o lord. It started from East Linton, East Linton 800, now he is selling out Wembley Arena, it can only be you O lord. We praise you o lord we give you praises. There was a time when Adekunle was not given the opportunity to perform, now he is performing his own show, headline show in this country.”
