Nigerian music artist, Kingsley Chinweike Okonkwo widely known as KCee, is eagerly anticipating the Super Eagles’ second game against Cote d’Ivoire in the 2023 African Cup of Nations (AFCON) tournament.
In a display of confidence and support, KCee, known for his hit track ‘Ojapiano,’ has placed a substantial wager of Three million naira on the Super Eagles to triumph over the host country, Cote d’Ivoire.
In preparation for the match scheduled for today, Thursday, January 18, 2024, KCee shared a screenshot of his significant bet on Wednesday, January 17, 2024, and conveyed his message to the Super Eagles, notifying them of his financial backing. The singer’s bold move could result in a substantial return of N11.7M if the Nigerian national team secures victory against Cote d’Ivoire.
Expressing his faith in the team, KCee accompanied the post with a motivational message: “Let’s do this again Super eagles! My money is on your you guys!!! Eagles let’s soar high!!!”
Following a 1-1 draw against Equatorial Guinea in their opening match, the Super Eagles of Nigeria are geared up to face Cote d’Ivoire in their quest for success at the AFCON tournament.
