League A/B Play-offs: The four teams that finished third in League A and the four runners-up from League B compete. The first leg is hosted by the League B teams. The winners are promoted to League A, while the losers stay in League B.League B/C Play-offs: These involve the four teams that finished third in League B and the four runners-up from League C. The first leg is hosted by the League C teams. The winners advance to League B, and the defeated teams remain in League C.League C/D Play-offs: This involves the two best-ranked fourth-placed teams from League C and the two runners-up from League D. The first leg is hosted by the League D teams. Winners are promoted to League C, while the losers stay in League D.
