Arsenal Women have now unlocked a huge milestone in WSL history ahead of their league clash against Manchester United Women.

Arsenal Women’s team has now sold out the Emirates stadium at full capacity of over 60000 tickets for the first time in the history of the WSL.

The upcoming match between the North London club and Marc Skinner’s Manchester United team has already generated a lot of buzz, with over 60,000 tickets sold so far. This means that the stadium will be at full capacity for the first time in the club’s history, creating an electric atmosphere for the players and fans alike. It’s worth noting that this is only the second time that the Emirates has sold out for a women’s match, with the first being the Gunners’ UEFA Women’s Champions League semi-final against VfL Wolfsburg back in May 2023.

Arsenal Women’s team has already set the attendance record of the Women’s Super League (WSL) with 59,042 fans attending their match against Chelsea in December 2021. However, the team is expected to break their own record this Saturday afternoon, as several key players have expressed their excitement about this news.

In a video shared on the club’s official social media pages, forward Cloe Lacasse announced that Emirates Stadium has been sold out. “We are extremely proud to announce that this is the first time in the history of WSL,” said England striker Beth Mead. Defender Laia Codina expressed her gratitude to the fans for their incredible support. The players are excited to see the fans at Emirates Stadium.
