Ayra Starr recently thrilled fans in France with a special preview of her upcoming album The Year I Turned 21.
During a concert at the iconic Louvre museum, Starr performed an unreleased track Control. It was listed from the highly anticipated sophomore set to release on May 31, 2024.
Starr’s performance of Control at the Louvre was met with enthusiastic cheers from the audience. The track showcases Starr’s powerful vocals and her signature Afrobeats sound blended with pop influences.
Fans in attendance captured footage of the live rendition, which has since gone viral on social media. In addition, Starr also treated the French crowd to a performance of her hit single Rush from her debut album. The energetic track has become a fan favourite and helped propel Starr to greater prominence in the Afrobeats scene.
