Nigerian singer Ayra Starr, who earned a Grammy nomination, has expressed her desire for collaborations with global music icons.
In a video that surfaced online on Tuesday, January 30, 2024, the talented singer, in an interview with Cool FM Nigeria, revealed her aspirations to work with the likes of Rihanna, Victoria Monét, Beyonce, Kendrick Lamar, and J. Cole.
In her words, “I would love to work with Rihanna, Victoria Monét, Beyonce, Kendrick Lamar, and J.Cole.”
Stating her commitment to excellence as her main motivation, Ayra Starr addressed criticism, saying, “I read stuff [social media comments], I see stuff. Sometimes if it’s very bad I just let them [criticise]. I feel like I’m in my let them era. “But sometimes if it’s stupid, I just block.”
