Despite this record-breaking feat, Ayra Starr remains second to fellow Nigerian singer Tems in terms of total streams. While Tems currently holds 3.8 billion streams across all credits on Spotify, Ayra Starr follows closely with 2.7 billion.
Among her catalogue, Santa stands out as Ayra Starr’s most-streamed track on the platform, boasting over 707 million streams. Meanwhile, Rush remains her most successful lead single, with over 474 million streams to date.
This latest accomplishment adds to Ayra Starr’s growing list of achievements, further cementing her status as one of Africa’s biggest music exports.
