The highly anticipated LP is scheduled to be unveiled on Friday, August 29, 2025, and is already available for fans to pre-save. The 15-track project promises to be an intricate exploration of romantic complexities, featuring a compelling lineup of collaborations with some of the industry’s notable names.

Who is Bella Alubo and how she rose to fame?

Bella Alubo first emerged onto the Nigerian music scene with a fresh, genre-blending sound that quickly set her apart from her contemporaries. Known for her unique fusion of alternative R&B and Afro-fusion, she carved a niche for herself through a series of introspective EPs and singles. With her lyrical depth and a knack for creating atmospheric, soul-stirring melodies, Bella Alubo built a dedicated following that has grown steadily over her career. Her rise to prominence has been characterized by a raw, authentic approach to music-making, establishing her as a key figure in the country’s vibrant alternative music landscape.

Meanwhile, details of the album reveal a rich sonic journey, with Bella Alubo enlisting the talents of prominent artists to complement her storytelling. The tracklist includes standout collaborations such as Suga Baby featuring 1da Banton, Midtempo with Rotimi, and Fear Love alongside Ycee.

These collaborations, spread across the 15 tracks, highlight the album’s diverse influences and promise to deliver a dynamic listening experience. The album, which also features tracks like Oxygen, Rush, African King, and the title-inspired Loving You is a War, is set to be a landmark release for Benin City Ent.

With the LP now available for pre-save, fans can prepare for a project that showcases Bella Alubo at the peak of her creative prowess.
