Black Sherif, a two-time nominee, achieved a significant milestone by securing the ‘Best International Flow’ award at the 2023 BET Hip Hop Awards.

Outshining nine talented competitors, including Aka and K.O from South Africa, and Sampa The Great from Zimbabwe, Black Sherif’s victory was a testament to his exceptional artistry. Other nominees included Gazo (France), Central Cee (UK), J Hus (UK), Major Rd (Brazil), Ninho (France), and Tasha & Tracie (Brazil).

This win marked Black Sherif’s second nomination in the ‘Best International Flow’ category. Although he faced tough competition last year, he ultimately lost out to Benjamin Epps.

At the 2022 awards, Black Sherif was nominated alongside distinguished artists such as Benjamin Epps (France), Central Cee (UK), Blxckie (South Africa), Haviah Mighty (Canada), Knucks (UK), Le Juiice (France), Nadia Nakai (Zimbabwe), and Tasha & Tracie (Brazil).

The awards ceremony, recorded in Atlanta on October 3, 2023, will be broadcasted live on October 10th, promising an exciting event for fans around the globe.
