Haare Haare, originally released on November 3, 2018, as part of the soundtrack for the Bollywood film Josh, has surpassed 180 million views on YouTube. It was written by Indian lyricist Sameer Anjaan and sung by Udit Narayan, Mahieu, and Yagnik. The track was produced by Anu Malik. Haare Haare is a Hindi phrase that translates to “lost, lost” or “I have lost” in English. In the context of the song Haare Haare from the Bollywood movie Josh, it conveys a sense of defeat or sorrow, as the lyrics describe a feeling of having lost something important. The phrase is often used to express a sense of personal loss or heartbreak.

Meanwhile, Buju Banton’s Champion, which is a celebration of a woman’s body was first released as part of a juggling rhythm and later included as the fourth single on his iconic 1995 album Til Shiloh, continues to resonate globally. The song earned Buju his first Gold single certification in Canada on July 27, 2023. Produced by Donovan Germain for Penthouse Records, Champion is now part of Banton’s Island Records catalog.

Til Shiloh, Buju’s fourth studio album, reached over 100 million streams on Spotify and was remastered for its 25th anniversary in 2020. It remains his only album to be certified Gold by the RIAA, having sold more than 500,000 units in the U.S. The album’s success is a testament to the stellar contributions of producers and musicians such as Germain, Dave and Tony Kelly, Bobby Digital, and others.
