Earlier this year, talented artist Burna Boy dropped a new track titled Update, which provides a fresh spin on the timeless hit Back to Life originally crafted by iconic group Soul II Soul. Production for this captivating work was handled by P2J, who provided Update with a unique combination of Afrobeats beats infused with various elements of amapiano. The fusion illustrates Burna Boy’s remarkable ability to innovate and experiment with sound while simultaneously paying homage to beloved musical traditions that have informed his artistry.
