The Indomitable Lions of Cameroon have received a huge boost as two star players return to training ahead of the AFCON 2023 Round of 16 showdown against the Super Eagles of Nigeria.

Reports now indicate that Cameroon’s captain Vincent Aboubakar has returned from the injury that kept him out of the group stages of AFCON 2023 ahead of the must-win and highly anticipated round of 16 fixture against the Super Eagles of Nigeria.

Vincent Aboubakar is not the only player back for Cameroon from injury as it has also been confirmed that the influential winger Clinton N’Jie is also back in training for the Indomitable Lions.

Cameroon’s national football team has received a significant boost ahead of their upcoming match against Nigeria in the round of 16 of AFCON 2023, taking place on Saturday, January 17, 2024. The team’s captain and former Tottenham Hotspur winger are both expected to play a vital role in the crucial match, bringing their experience playing against the Super Eagles in the past to the field.
