As the 2024/25 Carabao Cup reaches its climax, eight teams are left in the quarter-final round of the competition as they continue in their quest to win the first trophy in England this season.
Some of the teams left in the quarter-final round include Arsenal, Liverpool, Tottenham, and Newcastle United. They dispatched their opponents in the round of 16 with ease, which was a delight to their supporters.
The shocking results of the Round of 16 was Manchester City’s exit in the hands of Tottenham at the White Hart Lane while Newcastle defeated Chelsea at the Saint James’ Park. Arne Slot continued in his fine form as Liverpool beat Brentford away while Ruud van Nistelrooy started his interim campaign on a winning note by thrashing Leicester City 5-2 at Old Trafford.
