The game between the United States of America ( USA) vs Bolivia started on a winning note for the Americans at the ongoing 2024 Copa America.
Christian Pulisic scored the opening goal of the match in the first three minutes after connecting to a pass from Timothy Weah for the USA against Bolivia before Folarin Balogun doubled the lead towards the end of the first half.
Folarin Balogun added the second goal for the United States. He got a pass from Pulisic before firing a shot in the box in the 44th minute to give the United States a 2-0 lead right before halftime.
Balogun found the back of the net again in the second half, but Weah was offside when he made the cross to Balogun.
The United States will play their second Group C game against Panama on Thursday, June 27, 2024. A win will automatically see them qualify the next round of the competition.
