Nigerian music sensation Davido has confidently declared his fourth album, Timeless, as his best work to date.
In an exclusive interview with comedian Broda Shaggi at the launch of his Puma collection, Davido shared insights into his fashion style and upcoming music projects.
When asked about his fashion inspirations, Davido revealed his love for urban fashion. H e stated, “I love wearing T-shirts, jeans, and sneakers to look comfortable… You will find me in a suit when it’s time to collect money. Sometimes, I also wear Agbada.”
Meanwhile, Davido’s Timeless, released on March 31, 2023, achieved remarkable success, breaking records on Spotify Nigeria, Audiomack, Boomplay, and YouTube. Also, the album earned a Grammy nomination for Best Global Album and spawned hit singles Unavailable and Feel, both receiving Grammy nods.
Looking ahead, Davido hinted that his next album will surpass Timeless, saying, “My next album will be better.” Additionally, this echoes his previous statement made during American content creator Kai Cenat’s visit.
Fans can anticipate Davido’s upcoming album, reportedly kicking off with his collaboration with Jamaican star YG Marley.
