He recounted a particular incident where he was live on social media when a troll, who seemed to be targeting him on behalf of his competitors, began throwing harsh remarks. Determined to confront the person behind the comments, Davido revealed he paid $5,000 to track the individual down.
When the troll was eventually located, Davido was surprised by the man’s response. Instead of continuing the attacks, the troll begged for forgiveness, explaining that trolling was his livelihood and that he was paid to spread negativity and shade Davido online.
