American streamer Kai Cenat has been trending all week as he made his way down to Lagos, Nigeria. During his visit, he met up with the King of Afrobeat, Davido.
Kai Cenat began his global streaming in Taiwan before coming to Nigeria. The Twitch streamer arrived on March 9, 2024, where he was received lavishly by Nigerian comedian, Shanks. The duo have been all around Lagos and have been streaming live to all his fans around the world. Kai and his team began their journey with a visit to Makoko, a unique community built on stilts in a lagoon off the Lagos mainland.
So far he has been to the Landmark Center, High Fashion store, and other attractions in Lagos. In the early hours of March 12, Kai Cenat finally met up with Davido. During their live meetup, Davido revealed that his new album is finished. He also revealed that it consists of 15 songs and has six artist features.
There will be 15 songs on Davido’s next album.

He said during the live stream, “The same way streaming is your work, recording is also my work. 15 songs and six features are on the next record. It’s going to be crazy”. Davido spoke about his wife, Chioma. He said, “My wife Chioma, is the best Chef in the world. If she was around, she would have cooked you the best food”. Davido also gave Kai a history lesson about Nigerian ethnic groups. Davido provided security and vehicles for Kai, Fanum, and Shanks.
