He is a Nigerian American record label executive. He was a co-founder of Keep Cool and is currently the CEO of Def Jam Recordings. Balogun’s journey to the top is a testament to his dedication and strategic insight.
After making significant contributions to RCA Records, he joined Def Jam in 2022, taking over the reins from Eminem’s longtime manager, Paul Rosenberg.
