Singer and songwriter Miracle Valkosen, known professionally as Dreshie produced an epic performance at the maiden edition of the Red Bull Danfo Rally at the Imperial City, Orange Island, Lagos state on Saturday Night.
Music lovers, thrill seekers, and die-hard Dregoons converged at Orange Island to witness the historic high-octane event on 24th February 2024.
The highlight of the evening was an electrifying live performance by Dreshie and his incredible band. Fans were mesmerized by his soulful voice and intricate live melodies with a power-thumping burst of energy from the well-coordinated choreographers who had fans on their feet.
Shortly after the performance, the afro soul star expressed delight at the fans’ turnout and reception of his music. Speaking with one of the fans Kenny Osoka he said “The performance was beyond crazy musically and aesthetically as the stage was transformed with tractors, flags emboldened Dreshie, band sets, and choreographers in matching outfits. it was truly memorable.”
The afro soul artiste was draped in a custom-made trench coat and brown pants whilst wearing an exaggerated aso-oke hat to infuse an earthy tone with creative direction by Zedeye.
Dreshie is known for his popular songs “Kanayo” from the Album Project Amos, “Oreo”, and “Soul” from the EP The Genesis which are gaining momentum on Top charts, Dreshie is also credited as a songwriter for Notable international stars like Grammy-nominated Yemi Alade, Femi Falana Falz, and Nigeria’s prolific producers Benie Macaulay, Yung Willz. His musical mastery has solidified him as a name to watch in the international music scene.
