The English FA has confirmed the temporary exit of Phil Foden from the England camp at the ongoing Euro 2024 that is being hosted in Germany following a family emergency.
The exit of the Manchester City midfielder from England camp was announced on Wednesday, June 26, 2024. FA spokesperson confirmed the news saying that Phil Foden had temporarily left the England camp and returned to the UK.

The reports coming out of the English camp is that Foden went to home to be with his partner to welcome his third child.
When will Foden return to England camp?
He is expected to join his teammates before the Round of 16 clash on Sunday, June 30, 2024.
He started all three of England’s group-stage matches ( Denmark, Slovenia, Serbia) in Germany as they advanced to the Round of 16 by finishing top of Group C. Foden alongside his teammates has not lived up to the expectations of their supporters in the group stage.
However, their supporters will hope they get to see a change in performance when they play their Round of 16 game on Sunday, June 30, 2024.
